That's wonderful, I'm so glad you felt inspired. I find including my children gives me a nudge to do fun things for me too. It's easy to prioritise everything else over seasonal festivities but life is worth celebrating and little ones are a great reminder of that.
This was just what I needed to read today! As a person with chronic illness, this year’s summer solstice is smaller than I had planned because I’m having a low day. It’s all about honoring where we’re at: earth to sun, body to life. Happy Solstice!
